18+ years of whole-body dentistry
Dr. Ewa Zoltek, DMD, DICOI, graduated at the top of her class from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine and completed a General Practice Residency at Overlook Hospital in Summit.
With 18+ years in practice, she’s kept studying airway health, nutrition, and the oral microbiome, so a child’s visit with her covers breathing and food as closely as teeth. She’s a member of the IAOMT and AAOSH.

When we take a picture or a scan, we put it on the screen and walk you through what we see in simple words. Then we send you home with specifics: how to reach a wiggly 3-year-old’s back molars, which snacks to swap, and when timing matters more than the treat.
Kids with mild special needs get extra time on the schedule, plus calming techniques or oral sedation when they’d help.
Prevention-first care, with gentle treatment when it’s needed
Most of what we do for kids is meant to keep treatment from becoming necessary.
Nutrition and a pH-balanced mouth
We treat the environment in your child’s mouth, not just the tooth. Cavities need acid and sugar to get started, so we start with food: organic, low-sugar, pH-friendly choices and natural products that help keep your child’s mouth pH balanced. When they fit your child, nano-hydroxyapatite products may help strengthen enamel.
Preventive maintenance, comprehensive evaluations and sealants
Regular cleanings and exams let us spot early changes in enamel while they’re still small. Sealants coat the deep grooves of molars, where toothbrush bristles have a hard time reaching.
Biocompatible white fillings
If a cavity does need treatment, we use BPA-free white fillings chosen for biocompatibility. We never place mercury or other toxic metals in children’s teeth. We also look at what caused the cavity, from snacks to mouth pH, so the next visit can be a checkup instead of another filling.
